The Foothills Chapter of the California Dressage Society is excited to announce the launch of the Foothills Chapter Adult Amateur Scholarship. This Scholarship enables adult amateurs to focus on training toward a specific goal, with the trainer of her/his choice on a horse she/he owns or leases.
