AA Rider
Laurie has ridden endurance with multiple Tevis Cup completions. She pursued dressage on her homebred Arabian and Thoroughbred. In an effort to improve her riding, she sought a school master. Her search led her to Wyleigh Princess, a mare who has successfully competed to Grand Prix. Laurie is enjoying every moment with her talented mare and hopes to achieve her USDF Bronze medal. Laurie trains with Ana Gilmour.
Recent test collective comments Laurie has not yet shown Wyleigh Princess.
Challenges and evasions Laurie is concentrating on improving her seat, specifically ensuring that her torso and legs move independently in the trot. Her daily goal is to allow her horse to be soft and light.
