In February, I again had the pleasure to attend the Biomechanics Workshop with Mary Wanless that is hosted every February at American Sporthorse in Watsonville. Mary has been coming to this facility for over 25 years and they have recently been adding a November riding clinic in addition to the Biomechanics workshop and riding clinic in February. One of the participants, Yvette Koth, Assistant at Tanya Vik Dressage, wrote an excellent assessment of the inner workings of the “Ride with Your Mind” approach to rider biomechanics.
